[1] Welcome

Thank you for being here! I'm truly honored you're considering me to tell your story. My goal is to document your day as it unfolds, capturing the connections, moments, and emotions that define your celebration. The result is a thoughtfully curated gallery designed to serve as an heirloom for generations to come.

Once your date is officially booked, we'll meet for a longer consultation to connect and discuss your vision. I'll be here as a resource throughout the planning process, offering guidance and insight as every detail comes together. I am available to chat dresses, stresses, or anything else on your mind leading up to your wedding. About a month before the date, we'll meet with your planner to finalize timelines, shot lists, and important details so that your wedding weekend feels effortless and stress free.

On your wedding day, we will arrive early to walk the venue, scout lighting, and settle in before the celebrations begin. After documenting your day, my team will send your film off for professional processing while I begin culling through and editing your digital images. I am extremely detail-oriented in my editing, with a focus on consistency in color-grading and precise retouching. Optional preview galleries are available if you'd like a first look, and your full gallery will be delivered within 6–10 weeks.

How many photos will we receive?

[4] FAQ

The number varies depending on the length and flow of the wedding day, but you can typically expect 60-100 photos per hour of coverage.

How do we get the photos?

Photos will be delivered via a digital link to a private online gallery. The gallery is password-protected for your privacy, while still allowing you to easily share access with friends and family if you choose. From there, you’ll have access to high-resolution downloads and professional print ordering directly through the gallery.

Do we get previews?

Previews are optional. If you’d like them, we will typically share a small selection of images about a week after the wedding. We've found this approach allows you to fully decompress after your celebration without immediately revisiting the day, so you can experience it all again later in a more complete and thoughtful way through your final gallery.

Film vs. Digital?

We shoot a combination of film and digital throughout the day, with the final gallery typically reflecting a balanced mix of both. The ratio may vary depending on lighting and conditions. We use our professional judgment to choose the medium that best suits each moment.

Do you backup the photos?

Yes! We use many different cameras during the day- each is equipped with dual card slots, providing an immediate backup of every image as it’s captured. After the wedding, all files are securely transferred to two separate hard drives and network attached storage (the cloud). Keeping your images safe is our top priority.

How does travel work?

We typically arrive a day early to the location in order to avoid delays or cancelations. Once unpacked, we prioritize location scouting and observing the life of the place. My preference is to stay as close to the venue as possible while also prioritizing cost-effective lodging.

Are there any other fees?

No! The total above is reflective of the final cost. The price would only change should you choose to add coverage or extra photographers.

How do you dress?

We typically wear all black on wedding days, ranging from black tie to relaxed, depending on what best fits the tone of your event. If you have a preference or specific dress code in mind, we’re happy to adjust so we blend seamlessly into your day.

What is required to book? How does Payment work?

To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 25% nonrefundable retainer. This payment is due within 5 business days after signing the contract. The remaining amount is due one week prior to the event. We accept Zelle & checks.
